Leadership
Pervis Ellison, Founder & Principal. BBA is the brainchild of basketball connoisseur Pervis Ellison. Pervis is an NCAA Final Four Most Outstanding Player (1986), NCAA Division I Champion – University of Louisville (1986), Consensus First Team All-American (1989), NBA #1 draft pick (1989) and an 11-year NBA veteran. “Never Nervous” Pervis, as he was duly anointed, has spent his entire post-NBA career developing and molding talented young men and women into successful college athletes. There are very few programs that can offer the high caliber of championship insider’s experience combined with the passion and dedication that Pervis possesses. As such, Pervis has recruited a top-notch staff of like-minded educators, athletic trainers, basketball skills developers and advisors from various fields to assist him on this mission. As a result, BBA exemplifies a broad depth of basketball experience as well as a wealth of intellectual capital.
